Mimi has over 4 years of experience as a strength and mobility coach, working with a variety of different types of people and goals. She has a particular focus on pre/post natal, functional strength, mobility & yoga. Mimi coaches with the intention to help people build healthy relationships with movement and exercise, as well as a focus on helping people feel strong and gain confidence through their training.
