His approach to physical therapy focuses on preserving an individual's ability to continue training for their sport/event while managing an injury, identifying root causes and not just symptoms, and normalizing movement patterns to mitigate the risk of future injury recurrence.
Availability: Monday & Wednesday, late morning - evenings

At the Hospital for Special Surgery, she worked with a diverse range of patients and specializes in post-operative care with a focus on helping patients get back to running. Her approach is evidence-based and she is dedicated to helping her patients achieve their goals, recover from injuries, and maintain a healthy lifestyle both in sports and life.
Availability: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, early morning - late afternoon
