Elle’s initial training experience was in an outpatient clinical setting with top physical therapists before transitioning into private training with general populations. She’s also worked with people coming back from different types of injuries, including power athletes, retirees, marathoners, and dancers. Elle believes integrating strength training with corrective techniques can improve how you move on the floor and in life. She has specific focus in endurance, strength, agility, speed, balance and gait training.
